Москвы с подачи Роскомнадзора: после двух случаев нарушения КоАП в части недавно усиленных норм существования средств массовой информации и конкретно запрета на использование обсценной лексики при осуществлении публичного вещания СМИ отозвана лицензия средства массовой информации у ведущего российского информационного агентства ИА Росбалт. И это решение уже устояло в суде.

Реакция регулятора важна для всех участников отрасли - кто знает, может быть и появившиеся еще до решения в отношении ИА Росбалт комментарии о возможном уходе с российского рынка крупнейшего создателя СМИ в новой России Sahoma Independent Media, имеющего голландские корни, связаны вовсе не с какими-то там финансовыми результатами, а с несогласием с предлагаемым уровнем регулирования.
Напомним, что в России кроме недавнего тотального запрета обсценной лексики в СМИ, под запрет пропаганды и фактически любого печатного или устного публичного упоминания попала и специфическая тема любви и секса с человеком того же пола, однако в связи с этим регуляторным запретом никаких санкций в отношении юридических лиц мы пока не видели. Но и запрет обсценики никогда не воспринимался рынком настолько серьезно, насколько это происходит сейчас.
Один из роликов, вызвавших претензии надзорного ведомства, был привязан к статье о панк-группе Pussy Riot, а другой - к материалу о задержании в Краснодаре уроженца Северного Кавказа. Адвокат "Росбалта" Дмитрий Фирсов в беседе с bbcrussian.com сказал, что размещенные на сайте агентства ролики были отредактированы, а все бранные слова в них были заглушены в соответствии с правилами публикации подобных материалов. Фирсов также отметил, что мировой судья Кунцевского района привлек к участию в деле в качестве независимого специалиста начальника отдела Роскомнадзора, хотя по закону это должно быть незаинтересованное лицо. Кроме того, по словам Николая Ульянова, часть доказательств, представленных агентством в суде, была испорчена, так как "сотрудники Роскомнадзора пробили дыроколом диск с записью". Между тем в пресс-службе Мосгорсуда сообщают, что "Росбалт" не представил суду никаких доказательств того, что видеоролики изначально были поставлены на сайт в отредактированном виде. А тот факт, что ролики были незамедлительного удалены с сайта "косвенно свидетельствует о признании ответчиком наличия материалов с нецензурной лексикой", - отмечают в Мосгорсуде. - BBC.CO.UK
